About the NHG Health Research Quality Management Programme
The NHG Health Research Quality Management (RQM) Programme provides quality assurance activities to ensure that research protocols approved by the NHG Health Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) are carried out ethically and in accordance with all applicable regulations. This includes adherence to the Singapore Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (SGGCP) and NHG Health Proper Conduct of Research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Continuous Improvement
The RQM Programme also undertakes continuous improvement initiatives with the DSRB to maintain and enhance the quality and efficiency of research application reviews.
Ethical Standards and Guidelines
The NHG Health RQM Programme is governed by the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and the Belmont Report. Research conducted under this programme must comply with the following standards:
